- Images: Photos uploaded from your gallery or taken via camera (e.g., for FotonAI).
- Audio: Voice recordings or music files (e.g., for AITunes).
- Text Prompts: Text descriptions you enter to guide the AI generation.
How we handle this: This content is transmitted securely to our AI service providers (e.g., Google Firebase / Vertex AI) solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. We do not permanently store your original input media on our servers. It is processed transiently and deleted from the processing servers once the generation is complete.
b) AI-Generated Content (Output Media)
The results created by our Apps (e.g., generated photos, music tracks) are delivered back to your device.
- Local Storage: Typically, these files are stored locally in your device's cache or gallery.
- No Server Storage: Unless explicitly stated in a specific feature (e.g., a community gallery), we do not retain a copy of your generated content on our servers.
c) Subscription and Purchase Information
We use third-party payment processors (Google Play Store and Apple App Store) and subscription management services (RevenueCat).
- Financial Data: We do not collect or store your credit card numbers or banking information. All financial transactions are handled directly by the App Stores.
- Subscription Status: We receive an anonymous user identifier and data regarding your subscription status (e.g., "Pro Active," "Expired") from RevenueCat to unlock premium features.
d) Automatically Collected Data (Device - Analytics)
When you use our Apps, we may collect certain technical information automatically:
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, language settings, and unique device identifiers (e.g., random installation IDs).
- Usage Data: Crash logs, performance metrics, and feature usage statistics collected via tools like Google Firebase Analytics. This data helps us fix bugs and improve user experience.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To Provide Services: To transform your input (photo/audio) into AI-generated content using cloud-based AI models.
- To Manage Accounts: To verify your "Pro" subscription status and restore purchases.
- To Improve Our Apps: To analyze usage trends, debug technical issues, and optimize AI performance.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.
3. DATA SHARING AND THIRD PARTIES
We do not sell your personal data or your private content to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers necessary to operate the Apps:
- AI Service Providers (Google Firebase / Vertex AI): Your input media and prompts are sent to Google's secure cloud infrastructure to perform the AI generation.
- Subscription Management (RevenueCat): Used to validate and manage in-app subscriptions.
- Analytics Providers (Google Analytics for Firebase): Used to collect anonymized usage data and crash reports.
These third parties are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services to us.
4. DATA RETENTION
- Transient Processing: Input media (photos/audio) sent to the cloud for AI processing are not retained by us after the process is finished.
- On-Device Data: Generated content stored on your device is under your control. You can delete it by clearing the App's cache or uninstalling the App.
5. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption (HTTPS/TLS) during data transmission, to protect your information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR - KVKK)
Depending on your location (including the European Union and Turkey), you have certain rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to Access: You can request information about the personal data we hold about you.
- Right to Erasure: You can request the deletion of your data (e.g., user IDs associated with analytics).
