AlcoaNexus

AlcoaNexus is a multi-tenant Electronic Data Capture (EDC) platform for research registries and multi-center clinical studies. It replaces paper case report forms (CRFs) with a controlled digital workflow, and has been proven in production on a Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) rheumatology registry that runs assessment, admission, and correction forms with ILAR-diagnosis logic across multiple hospitals.

What It Handles

• Dynamic form template builder — schema-driven case report forms that can be versioned and assigned per study without touching code.
• Patient & cohort management — enrollment, cohorts, and per-center patient tracking across a national coordination structure.
• Full submission lifecycle — draft → submitted → under review → revisions needed → approved → locked, with section-level approval so reviewers can sign off on individual parts of a form.
• Multi-center, multi-tenant — organizations, centers, and center-approval flows, with role separation across SuperAdmin, OrgAdmin, Supervisor, Researcher, and Data Scientist.
• Audit trail & locking — every change is logged, and finalized records can be locked to preserve data integrity for analysis.

The API is built on .NET 8 with Clean Architecture and PostgreSQL; the reviewer- and researcher-facing interface is a React 18 + TypeScript application with a purpose-built form builder, in both English and Turkish.
