1. Information notice for Türkiye

2. Data and purposes
We process the following to provide the app:
- prompts, lyrics and style selections
- audio files or voice recordings you provide
- generated songs and album covers
- anonymous or authenticated user identifier, credits and purchase status
3. Collection method, recipients and legal bases
Data is collected through the mobile app and its backend. Recipients may include cloud, AI, purchase-validation and (where enabled) analytics providers. Possible legal grounds include contract necessity (Art. 5/2(c)), legal obligation (5/2(ç)) and legitimate interests (5/2(f)). Actual grounds require legal verification.
4. International transfers
Some providers process data outside Türkiye. Any transfer relies on a lawful mechanism under Article 9; the AI data-sharing permission is requested separately.

Under Article 11 you may request information, access, rectification, deletion and other statutory remedies at info@insighttech.com.tr.
