1. Parties and scope
These Terms of Use govern your use of Block Blast, provided by InsightTech Bilişim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Service description
Block Blast offers features that may evolve over time. Uninterrupted service or any particular result is not guaranteed.
3. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the app for unlawful, harassing or infringing activity, child sexual abuse material, or to circumvent safeguards. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Price, period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your Apple/Google account settings; deleting the app does not cancel billing. Refunds follow store processes and mandatory consumer law.
5. Account and termination
You may delete your account in settings. Material violations may lead to proportionate restrictions.
6. Disclaimers
We aim to deliver the service with reasonable care; network and third-party outages may occur. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer, data protection, gross-negligence or intentional-misconduct liabilities.
7. Apple terms
Block Blast is supplied by its developer, not Apple, which is responsible for maintenance and support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
8. Privacy and applicable law
Personal data processing is described in the app's Privacy Policy. Turkish law applies; mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain unaffected.
