1. Optional permission for AI photo sharing
I understand that the photo(s) and generation instructions I select will be sent to InsightTech’s Firebase/Google Cloud backend, then to an OpenAI image model through OpenRouter or to Google Gemini image generation through Vertex AI. Processing may occur outside my country. FotonAI does not maintain a permanent Firestore/Storage archive of images from ordinary generation, but external providers may have separate retention and processing practices. I affirmatively authorize this specific third-party AI sharing. Without permission, photo-based generation will not proceed; I can withdraw permission for future sharing.
2. Separate notice and proof
This permission is separate from the Privacy Policy, the Turkish privacy notice and acceptance of Terms. A short in-app explanation should link to full recipient details. Record the version and time of consent with appropriate proof; international transfer safeguards remain a separate legal question.
