1. Information notice for Türkiye

2. Data and purposes
The app processes submitted photos and prompts for requested image generation; Firebase IDs, credit and subscription records for account administration; technical data for security and diagnostics; and, on request, content-report metadata and preview images for moderation.
3. Collection, recipients and legal bases
Data is gathered through mobile-app inputs, HTTPS callable requests, Firebase authentication, Apple/RevenueCat purchase events and voluntary reports. Relevant recipients include Firebase/Google Cloud, OpenRouter/OpenAI, Vertex AI/Gemini, Apple, RevenueCat and where enabled AdMob. Possible legal grounds for specific activities include contract necessity (Article 5/2(c)), legal obligation (5/2(ç)) and legitimate interests where statutory conditions are satisfied (5/2(f)). Actual grounds and transfers require legal verification.
4. International transfers and deletion
Some processing is outside Türkiye; Vertex AI fallback is configured in us-central1. A lawful mechanism under Article 9 and provider agreements must be independently verified. Ordinary production does not persist input/output images in our Firestore/Storage; moderation previews and some logs and purchase records are handled separately. Account deletion purges user records and identifying report fields, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
5. Rights and separate consent
Under Article 11, individuals may have rights to information, access, rectification, deletion and other statutory remedies. Send requests to info@insighttech.com.tr. The in-app AI sharing permission is presented separately; this notice is not consent.
